Eligibility: Ages 12 and up
FALL/WINTER (September-May)
3 Classes per week
Monday: 7:15-8:45PM
Wednesday: 7:15-8:45PM
Saturday: 10:00AM-12:00PM
This class teaches primarily the sport side of Judo that you can learn and practice in a safe, fun environment.
If you are new to Judo our first steps will be to work with you on an alignment for age and skill level appropriate goals and from there you will be on your way.
As part of the program you will learn theory, fundamentals and application of the following aspects of Judo under the instruction and guidance of our qualified coaches.
High Performance Programming
This aspect of our training program was created out of the desire to train and develop of competitive athletes for provincial, national and international competitions.
As former high-level competitors our coaches have a passion for high performance training. There is nothing quite like training hard with your teammates and developing your own style of Judo that you can be proud of.
It is not a requirement to be a competitive athlete! Whether you are looking for a personal challenge or have goals in mind, this program offers something for all. The only requirement is that you have the desire, dedication and work ethic to see what you can accomplish.
Everything we do in our program is geared towards progression and so we are creating a special program for those who are looking for more.
This program recognizes this and supplements regular Judo trainings with critical

Our goal is to build fit, confident, respectful young people that come off of the mats with a smile on their face!
